Once the booking date has passed, the client is charged and the payment lands in your bank account. No invoicing, no paperwork, no chasing the client.

Nobody is chasing anybody

The client's card is authorised before the shoot and charged after it. Clients aren't paying up front for work that hasn't happened, talent aren't invoicing and waiting, and the tax invoice is issued automatically on completion.

Authorised before the shoot. The payment is authorised ahead of the booking, so talent know it's lined up before they turn up.
Charged after the shoot. Your card is charged once the booking date has passed. Nothing leaves your card for work that didn't happen, and if the talent doesn't show, raise an issue and we'll refund you.
Invoiced without asking. Your tax invoice is issued automatically on completion, so you are not collecting paperwork from individual talent.
